- Fried Food
- Oils - (cooking, salad, olive, and coconut)
- Meat that's well done (rare and medium rare is fine)
- Deli Meats and Canned Meats with Nitrates (canned tuna in water is fine)
- Baked Potato Skins including Yams and Sweet Potatoes (Boiled potato skins are fine)
- Carbonated drinks such as Soda and Pop within 1 hour of meals before and after (drink them at least 1 hour before and 1 hour after)
